Privacy policy

In brief

This site does not track you: no analytics tools, no advertising cookies, no reselling of data. We only process data when you contact us or book a call.

Data controller

What data and why

• If you write to us (email or WhatsApp): your address / number and the content of your message, in order to reply to you.
• If you book a call: name, email address and the chosen slot, in order to organise the appointment.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, browser type) kept by our host for security and operational purposes.

Cookies

No tracking or advertising cookies. Your display preference (light / dark mode) is stored locally in your browser and is never transmitted.

Providers (processors)

To provide the service, we rely on:

• Infomaniak (Switzerland) — email contact@fidenix.ch.
• Cal.com — call booking (booking data is processed under its own policy).
• Web hosting — secure cloud infrastructure (delivery of the site).
• WhatsApp / Meta — only if you choose to write to us through this channel.

Retention

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the exchange and any potential commercial follow-up, then deleted on request or when it is no longer useful.

Your rights

In accordance with the nFADP, you may at any time request access to, rectification of or deletion of your data by writing to contact@fidenix.ch.
